The department of School Education led by the Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that the form submission is going to start from July 4, 2024. The timeline for the application is going to stay active till July 17. Therefore, interested individuals are encouraged to submit their forms as soon as possible since the deadline is quite narrow. It has also been revealed that the AP TET Exam 2024 is going to happen in August. There will be two sessions for this test, it will start from August 5 and continue till August 20. Furthermore, it is a state-level exam and there will be plenty of candidates appearing for the same. On August 30, the result will be out according to reputable sources.

Eligibility Criteria

Individuals need to match all the criteria to be able to apply for the application. Candidates need to fall under the following age group to meet the age-related criteria for AP TET Exam 2024. Scores obtained in the exam may determine the viability of a candidate looking to become a teacher down the line. Applicants may need to possess a bachelor’s degree to be able to appear for the exam. Additionally, having a 2-year diploma course in elementary education is also acceptable. Furthermore, individuals who are in their 4th year of B.Ed. can also apply for the exam. Exam Pattern

In the following section, we have discussed the pattern of exams that will take place during the month of August.

• The exam will happen via online mode.
• The entire duration will be around 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• There will be a total of 150 multiple choice questions or MCQs with each having 1 mark and thus a total of 150 marks.
• In addition, there will be two papers for the exam which are Paper I and Paper II covering subjects like Child Development and Pedagogy, Math, English, and chosen language.
• The syllabus primarily focuses on the subject of Child Development and Pedagogy at the primary level and elementary level of the diploma course. Other subjects are based on the syllabus of Class X and equivalent.
